WARRANTY

MANAGED WARRANTY SERVICES THROUGHOUT EUROPE

There are two sides to our warranty services.

The first is where we manage and process industry leading company’s products that use our facility to facilitate all their end user, distribution, retail and corporate returns from their respective fields.

We manage the initial request for the return if no facility is available and manage that return into our premises to ensure the diagnosed fault is as stated and then send a replacement, ensuring a first class customer returns experience. Our clients can view this process from the point of receipt through to test and repair using our customer login site which enables them to see the progress of any single RMA.

This site also allows the client to view stock levels on all their products and allows both parties to ensure that the right products are in place to give the end customer the service they expect from an industry leader in customer warranty programmes.

We view ourselves as an extension of their own in house Returns Facility and act like it ensuring the customer interaction is in keeping with their own level of service.

The second part of our warranty service is where we handle the clients returns of products and where they are unable or are at capacity we manage their products back to the place of purchase and ensure either credit or replacement of the respective goods with a multitude of global manufacturers that we already have working relationships with and if we don’t then we will work with the client to put this in place.
